Mike is a Senior Associate at Arbor Advisors. At Arbor, he has focused on executing sell-side M&A deals for companies in tech sectors ranging from electronics cooling to high-traffic Internet. Among his various assignments, Mike managed the deal process in the sale of Cooligy to Emerson Electric and in the asset sale of Deals.com by BuySeasons, Inc.

Prior to joining the Arbor team, Mike worked as an associate at the University Venture Fund where he performed due diligence on software, hardware, and IT services companies. Mike holds a BA in Finance from the University of Utah, where he graduated magna cum-laude.
