Michael is a Director at Arbor Advisors with over 16 years of experience. Michael is the head of the Software and Internet teams at Arbor Advisors. While at Arbor he has led transactions for dbc SMARTSoftware, Internet Media and deals2buy.com. Prior to Arbor, Michael worked in Citigroup's Technology Investment Banking Group. While in investment banking in New York, he executed a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions for IBM, EMC, Nokia, Novell, Avaya, M-Systems and Lyondell. Prior to business school, Michael worked for ExxonMobil and BP managing polypropylene and linear alpha olefins production facilities in the Houston area.

Michael graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a BS in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
